ABOUT CINETAP

"WE'RE WORKING WITH EMERGING TALENT THAT CAN OFFER THE WORLD A UNIQUE & ORIGINAL VOICE THROUGH THE ART OF FILM."

Cinetap is a brand new Film Production Company with a focus on developing debut feature films with emerging new talent. The company has been formed by two hardworking and Award Winning Producers looking to step up from shorts to features. We're eager to collaborate with Writers and Writer/Directors that exhibit an eccentric and unique take on everyday life and cinema. Our company will be tailored to the modern filmmaker, a company that puts the upmost importance on the filmmaker’s vision above our own.

We're currently accepting proposals and treatments from anyone that fills our essential criteria:

  • You have not Written or Directed a Feature Film.

  • You must be a UK resident.

  • You have at least 1 short film credit as a Writer and/or a Writer/Director.

  •  The film is achievable on a low-budget.

We solely work with creatives that match our ethos of being a strong collaborative spirit. Both Producers are open to accepting film proposals within a wide range of genres, and the most important aspect for us is that you remain true to your own voice rather than tailor material to what you think we want to read. Originality will always reign king.

GET IN TOUCH

PLEASE READ:

For administrative reasons, we do not respond to individual submissions that initially contain a screenplay, and anything which is sent to us that does include a screenplay will NOT be read and will be destroyed. This is, at least partly, because as Producers/Writers/Directors we will be involved in multiple projects and therefore there's always a slim chance that we'll be working on a film with a similar concept and we need to cover our back.

However, do feel free to send us a brief about your film and about yourself (preferably with examples of your previous work) and if we like the brief then we'll ask you to send us the treatment and screenplay.
